LEED for Commercial Interiors is the recognized standard for certifying high-performance green interiors that are healthy, productive places to work, are less costly to operate and maintain, and reduce environmental footprint.

Use Cradle to Cradle Certified building materials and products for 2.5% of the total value of all building materials and products used in the project, based on cost.

Cradle to Cradle Gold Certified by MBDC.
- Documentation: Provide a copy of the C2C certificate.
- EQ 4.5 Low-Emitting Materials, Systems Furniture and Seating (1 point)
Meet the LEED-CI LOW VOC requirement. Test: ASTM D5116-97, TVOC.
- For Eco Intelligent® Polyester: All measured VOC's are below
LEED-CI requirements.
- Documentation: Provide a copy of the ASTM D5116-97 test.
- MR 5.1 Local/Regional materials (1 point)
For 20% of the total value of all building materials and products used in the project and Manufactured in a radius of 500 miles, based on cost. (1 point)
- Documentation: Provide a copy of the certificate of origin.
- ie: For a chair assembly by ABC-Furniture with the Eco Intelligent®
fabric, the radius starts from ABC-Furniture manufacturing plant.
